n Technical planning, and definition, of board level reference designs working closely with architecture and ASIC design team. Prepare marketing collateral, MRD, product brief, datasheet and IC pin-out assignment.
n Select, negotiate, and manage outside vendors related to manufacturing of reference designs.
n Develop/manage products from inception to MP with Tier1/2 customers
Qualifications:
n BB.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering
n System hardware design, schematic capture, DRC, netlist generation, CPLD/FPGA programming, part library creation, PCB layout, PCB fab, Board assembly, Board bring up, IC characterization, IC validation, IC certification and compliance testing and RMA failure analysis.
n Strong technical background leading to ability to absorb complicated technical matters and present them in a simplified manner
n Strong ability of interfacing across various functional groups to motivate people, define new products, and resolve any issues that arise
n Managing hardware application, system application, PCB layout and SQA teams , work closely with design teams in multi-site working environment.
n Provide technical support to key customers on design review and problem solving
n Work closely with IC engineering on silicon bring-up, tuning, characterization and testing
n Architect and develop silicon bring-up board, reference design, manufacturing kit, FPGA validation system and system level test board |
