Job Title: Research Scientist
Job Duties: System architect and researcher in specification, architecture innovation and system partition for next-generation multi-format media processor. In charge of multi-format video codec architecture design including algorithm optimization, architecture design and optimization, performance and cost evaluation with different video/image compression standards, such as H.264, H.263, MPEG-4, MPEG-2, VC-1, RV-9, JPEG. Utilize ASIC design tools to conduct the design flow of logical design, verification and FPGA validation.
Requirements: Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering with one (1) year experience in ASIC design and FPGA prototyping development for video/image codec system and sub-modules, and experience in high performance Video Signal Processor architecture design and design methodology.
